The financial and operating arrangement Avery has with Sequoia Oil & Gas Trust is a good one. Reduces risk for penny-stock investors, but still leaves great upside. Avery Resources ate a couple of dusters not so long ago. WFIW, I believe that this company is well managed and has adopted an effective risk management strategy. In the subsector of junior oversea explorers, also own and see near-term upside in Stratic Energy (SE)--offshore Turkey natural gas--and Shelton Energy (STO--Ukrainian natural gas. regards -westslope

It would appear there is some real upside potential here. I picked up 20K at .75 cents when it started trading again ... so far so good.

avery!s partner in the well is stuart petroleum(asx .symble:stu).stu has issued a nr {its already monday feb.20 in austrlia).the nr states that the well(toparoa#1)flowed at a rate of 1814 barrels of 42 degree api oil from a six metre column in the hutton formation. further test ing of the murta and cadna-owie zones will continue.avery resources has a 35% interst in this well. i would expect that ary will issue a nr tomorrow a.m. it will be interesting to see how the stock price will be affected. i hope others on this board will also benefit.

ary was halted today at the request of the company.a news release is iminent.the well that was spud at the beginning of february should now be drilled to depth.this well is the third attempt by avery in the cooper basin.the previous two wells came up dry and were abandonded.the company did not request a trading halt on those occassions prior to announcing results.i expect the upcomming news release will be positive.
