The total potential amount indicated in the ILI news release is for $7,200,000 on the 8 units. However, mentioned in the news release is a possibility of this MOU eventually becoming $10M when services over a 3 year period are included.

Tara, I agree, we need to hear from Doren on this. It would also be nice to have some guidance from the company but without some form of hedging in place guidance is useless. The market has given the announcement the ho-hum, too bad because this company seems to have great potential !!!

Jun 10, 2008 13:11 ET Baden Subsidiary Awarded Sales Contract CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 10, 2008) - Richard Ball, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baden Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BDZ), is pleased to announce that its subsidiary FSI International Services Ltd. has been awarded a major export sales contract. The contract is with a long-time Russian client for the provision of the twenty-second FSI International Brine Plant. The total contract is valued at approximately EUR 3.4 million; fabrication will be completed within five months, with full installation and commissioning scheduled for spring of 2009. FSI International is currently completing technical specifications and contract tenders on another Brine Plant with slightly larger parameters, again for a long-time Russian client. Finally, FSI International has been confirmed as the supplier of choice for a third Brine Plant. The client for this project has requested delivery in late 2008 for installation in the first quarter of 2009. There are currently twenty FSI International Brine Plants in operation in West Siberia, including several that have been in continuous operation since 1997. Through its wholly owned subsidiary FSI International Services Ltd., Baden Technologies Inc. is a Calgary-based manufacturing and service company specializing in customized filtration, filtration-related technologies and Brine Plants for the international and domestic energy and chemical industries.
