This continues to go higher because the completion of Orosi should generate $400/oz cashflow at $850 gold. $400 X 130,000 oz is 52 million.
That should boost either LRR or BTO up significantly and allow them to progress their other projects to completion.
Another short term catalyst is a revised NI43-101 report that is due out on Orosi. The current estimate is based on 1.4gm/tonne ore. Recent results at Orosi have been much better, more like 4 to 6gm/tonne. This could significantly increasse the reserves as well as improve cashflow. Production could easily move beyond 130,000 oz/yr if they are processing higher grade ore.
LRR has until 1/30/09 to come up with a matching offer.

csm.to/smc +.115 to C$.30
1st day of trading in Canada after holidays.
Merger provides bigger company with some cash (20mill) one producing mine and one 6-9 months away from production for a capex of $22-25million. Now producing 45,000 oz, could be at 125,000 oz by end of 2009. LRR.v will be survivor and they have a good prospect they have been developing in Mexico. Bobwins
