Results as of market close, Wednesday, Oct 12: EGAN/NASDAQ Price: $5.99 Bias: negative Strength: 65/100 Trading above 200-day MA. Trading above 50-day MA. Trading above 20-day MA. 20-day is above 50-day MA. 50-day is above 200-day MA. P&F bullish price objective: $10.38 RSI: 72.50, rising, overbought. Fast stochastics: 82.85, overbought, weak bearish signal. MACD: bullish. Candlestick Analysis: bullish. I love stocks like this. All 13 indicators I use to do my calculation are BUYS, yet I get a 65% negative bias. My suggestion is short EGAN at this level or higher. Cover half at the 20-day MA and cover the rest and go long at the 50-day MA. My bias and strength calculation has a strong likelihood of profitability when followed for EGAN under normal volatility.

Results as of market close, Thursday, Oct 13: Price: $7.09 Bias: negative Strength: 50/100 Strength change: bullish 15/200 = 7.5% Trading above 200-day MA. Trading above 50-day MA. Trading above 20-day MA. 20-day is above 50-day MA. 50-day is above 200-day MA. P&F bullish price objective: $10.38 RSI: 79.79, rising, overbought. Fast stochastics: 96.86, overbought, weak bullish signal. MACD: parabolic. Candlestick Analysis: bullish. eGain Communications was just added to the NASDAQ. The stock is being bought up on high and increasing volume, and moving parabolically. Wait until this move is exhausted before considering a short postion. My bias and strength calculation works extremely well for EGAN when volatility is minimized. In the current situation where volatility has increased to extreme levels, my bias and strength calculation will NOT give reliable guidance.
