This is the first time I heard about them. One of my friends told me about this website. Even I am planning to do DD on some of their picks. Yes I do hold SAT and not parting with it for now.

Well, you "guys" are right about one thing - the illiquidity. Has it ever quieted down since the release of their earnings!

Any non resource stocks mentioned on this site immediately garner my attention and due diligence. This one is intriguing to say the least. Gotta love that growth and unique "market niche". My order is in. Now whether this gets filled or not...Thanks rodball for bringing it back to our attention, and canvasi for your insights!

This company has zero competition currently. Most of their channels are currently available in Ontario only. Rogers carries almost all their channels, Bell and Shaw lag behind. Express Vu and StarChoice also lag behind. I currently subscribe to one of their channels and would love to add more, but Shaw carries only 3 of their channels. Most of my friends are in the same situation. Cricket is the major attraction but it is only a part of the story. They have movie channels, music channels and news channels. They are also moving into satellite radio. But by having cricket they are also attracting Australians, British and South Africans (Cricket is huge in these countries). Cricket is a religion in the South Asian countries. Currently they are covering all the major cricket action in the world either through their regular channels or Pay per view. At the last count they have 12 channels running another 8-10 in the pipeline plus the satellite radio. The South Asian immigrant population is made up of multiple language backgrounds. Though Hindi is a language spoken by most people, there are 10 other major languages. Urdu, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali to name some. ATN has already added some of these channels and plans to add the other languages. They are also targeting the Carribean immigrants by launching CBN channel. I dont see any competition in the near future unless CRTC opens up the skies. Most Indian Channels would like to go on their own, instead of forming a relationship with other companies. ATN has so far been successful in forming those relationships. Most of the stock is closely held with family and friends. Trading volumes are going to low, as most of them believe in the tremendous potential of this company. Most of Canada does not have access to majority of their channels, and yet they are having these kinds of revenue and earning growth. Shaw is charging me $ 16.95/mo for one channel. A pack of three channels goes for $ 29.95. Almost all of my friends have subscribed to at least one channel and they want more channels to be available. I dont know if anyone of you visited any south-asian countries or have friends from that background. Life is a feast of Cricket and Movies. More cricket and more movies all the time.

If their earnings and revenue growth continue at their current rate, would a $2.00 year end target seem reasonable?

Oh, does anyone know if they face much competition providing services for this demographic?

Insider trading shows only purchases, most of which were on the open market, though a lot were done at 0.16-0.20 last summer.
