EDV.to C$.56

Endeavour has final permits on Hounde Project.  Estimated costs 325million. 2.1 million oz forecast to produce ~280K oz/yr for the first few years.  Cash costs look good and Endeavour just finished a mine on time and under budget so execution risk is low.

Teranga Gold has excellent Q4.  Cashflow up, good eps of .08 vs C$.60 price and low all in cash costs.

nibbled on some EDV.to  today at C$.55.  Averaging down from prior buy at .92.  EDV hasn't popped as much as some gold stocks and has good fundamentals.  Solid production, ok all in costs and potential for future production increases.

Gold has rallied a bit in the new year but junior mining stocks have started off the year hotter.

We'll see if the rally really has legs but so far so good.

I'm holding EDV.to and TGZ.to.  They are good sized producers with medium level cash costs.

I also bought some options on GDXJ about a month ago.  They are underwater presently so I need GDXJ to continue to rally before the options expire in a few days.  Very tough to time options and consistently make money.
