T/T is a synergistic partnership between Paraguay-based TEASA and Uruguay-based Tilsit.  T/T works on many deployment projects for large communications carriers interested in achieving additional fibre connectivity throughout Central and South America.

The Panama project is a 22 kilometer micro-trench installation to be completed for a large multinational telecommunications and internet service provider.  It involves cutting a 30 centimeter trench in asphalt along an older road, which connects the original Panama Canal to an old U.S. gun battery which is now being used to house Panama's main internet connection.  Project construction commenced in January 2017 and is proceeding at a good pace with completion expected by the end of March 2017.

T/T is currently bidding on two additional large micro-trench installation projects.  T/T is also working on coordinating a complete re-servicing of the telecom infrastructure in Panama City; this job would involve providing fibre optic services to five national carriers and moving their services from overhead to underground installations.  The grid to be serviced here is approximately 4 kilometers x 6 kilometers in size, with a projected budget of up to USD $55million.

Mike Plotnikoff, CEO of Lite Access stated, "T/T saw the potential for micro-trenching in Central and South America on a very large scale and approached us given Lite Access' track record of success in the industry and expertise in micro-trenching."  Mr. Plotnikoff added, "By training and supplying T/T with our proven and proprietary technologies we are helping them to become 'Lite Access South America' in the micro-trenching industry.  One of our core missions is to empower and continue supporting our valued partners with the ability to successfully bid and complete micro-trenching projects."

Although nothing has been press released its seems Lite Access is doing some work for Virgin in the United Kingdom.

This story has a picture of LTE microtrencher (with Logo) in the background.

This story  talks about time to complete the 24000 homes in Wrexham (9 months). I estimate that to be $30 milion dollars of work.

Stock has been on fire with an all time high of $2.20 today

Lite Access Technologies Receives First Order for Over CDN $585,000 From Partner Alpha Technologies for Fibre Optic Network Build in Charleston, West Virginia

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 13, 2016) - LITE ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (the "Company") (CSE:LTE)(OTC PINK:LTCCF), a total integrated fibre optic solutions provider, is pleased to report that certified sales and installation partner Alpha Technologies ("Alpha") recently announced plans to build a 30+ mile fibre optic ring connecting its 80,000 square foot data center in South Charleston, West Virginia to the business and medical districts of Charleston and South Charleston, West Virginia. The new order, valued at over CDN $585,000, is for the supply of LiteAccess' proprietary microduct and fibre optic components, as well as providing technical assistance. The project will consist of a 30+ mile fibre optic network to connect over 100 buildings and is partially funded by a loan from the West Virginia Development Authority. This project is expected to be completed in early 2017.

In late August, Alpha formed a strategic partnership with Lite Access to use the Company's fibre deployment solutions, including micro-trenching, air-blown fibre and reinstatement methodologies to provide the quickest, most future proof and cost effective connectivity solution available. Alpha's project is unique to West Virginia as it is being built completely underground using micro-trenching as the deployment methodology. Laying traditional fibre cables and large ducts under a city street through traditional means is costly and time consuming and requires trenches that may be several feet wide and often deep, creating traffic detours for days, if not weeks, at a time. Lite Access' perfected micro-trench process however enables fibre networks to be completed in the least intrusive and non disruptive method possible. Installing microduct(s) in narrow trenches made within sidewalks and roadways, crews are capable of deploying 1,500 - 2,000 feet of network per day.

"Alpha Technologies' proposed fiber optic deployment will enable us to provide Gig services to the businesses in Charleston and South Charleston, West Virginia," stated Charlie Dennie, Director of Special Projects at Alpha. "Lite AccessTechnologies supplies us with a complete fibre optic deployment 'solution' while every other vendor we talked to was trying to sell us parts."

Michael Priest, Chief Commercial Officer of Lite Access, said, "We're extremely happy to add Alpha to our list of international certified micro-trench installers. It's another win-win situation for both parties. Alpha will be trained on our deployment methods, including microduct technologies, air-blown fibre and restoration methods. The end result will be a seamless fibre optic network for the citizens of Charleston enabling Tele-Health, schools, government and businesses with Gig speed fibre optic connectivity," added Mr. Priest.

In today's digital world, businesses as well as local and state governments are being forced to respond to the need for high speed connectivity. Fibre optic networks are essential to economic growth and Alpha Technologies is committed to ensuring West Virginia can compete on a national level by installing a new fiber optic network throughout the Charleston and South Charleston areas.

This is a massive contract for a small company.  Over $40 Million Canadian over several years.

Margins will likely be 35%+ with no additional costs. Product is shipped direct from Emtelle.

Should add $15 million+ to pretax earnings over 3+ years.

More contracts will come.

Lite Access Technologies Receives First Order for Lite X TendTM Product from Major South African Telco

Lite Access' New Lite X Tend(TM) Last Mile Solution to Be Used by Vodacom, South Africa

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 20, 2016) - LITE ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (the "Company") (CSE:LTE)(OTC PINK:LTCCF), an integrated fibre optic solutions provider, today announced that it has received the first purchase order valued at $2,005,877 Rand (approximately $132,575 USD) for its proprietary Lite X Tend solution from Vodacom, South Africa through the Company's certified sales and installation partner, Brite Access (Pty) Ltd., formerly known as Nulani (Pty) Ltd. This initial purchase order will provide product to connect the first 1,125 homes of an overall 270,000 home connectivity initiative undertaken by Vodacom which is expected to be completed within the next three to five years. The Company anticipates that it will receive further purchase orders as Vodacom has indicated that it will use the LiteX Tend solution for this aggressive fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) rollout.

This order includes the use of a specially designed home-drop solution, which was a collaborative design by the two companies and manufactured exclusively by Lite Access Technologies. Vodacom, South Africa, has both approved and standardized on the Lite X Tend solution for last-mile connectivity as it reduces significant costs and complications associated with "last mile" home connections.

The Lite X Tend solution was designed to alleviate technical issues associated with last mile home connections. Due to the design and construction of the technology, the need for skilled fibre optic splicers and technicians is now no longer required and, in fact, enables do-it-yourself home owner installations. Current competitive offerings still require technicians and fibre optic fusion splicers to complete installations thus adding unnecessary costs and increased time to deployment for last mile home connections.

Mike Plotnikoff, CEO of Lite Access, states, "Necessity has always been a key driver of innovation. We are exceptionally pleased that, working with our new partners at Brite Access to solve the challenges faced by Vodacom, South Africa, we have been able to create together the revolutionary Lite X Tend last mile solution. Now, for the first time in our industry, and without the need for the specialized splicing expertise normally required, a home or building owner can install where they like, how they like and have total control of the installation." Mr. Plotnikoff further added, "Importantly, the fibre optic boom is in its early stages and this new product gives Lite Access a significant competitive advantage in the vast market of last-mile initiatives planned around the world. We have already seen significant interest in our Lite X Tend solution outside of South Africa and fully expect this offering to become a cornerstone of our product portfolio."

Brite Access Managing Director and founding member, Ettienne Knipe, commented, "South Africa and Africa are virgin territories wanting to adopt innovative technologies from First World countries. Our partnership with Lite Access is a prime example of this as South Africa and Africa jump right to the digital age."

My understanding is all the receivables have since been collected.  Growth can be met with existing working capital. I also expect them to establish a credit line to help support growth as needed.

Cash requirements are not large. All product sales are shipped directly to clients and can be financed just in time. This is important as the high margin product sales become a larger part of revenue going forward.

EPS would have been higher if not for stock based compensation which is non-cash. Over 1 cent a share.

Financials are on Sedar.  Huge top line revenue growth, EPS of 0.03 for the quarter show nice margins if they can sustain it.  If they can rack up a few more of those quarters and actually collect on some of those receivables, I see this continuing to go upward.  Would sure be nice if they had some cash in the bank though.

About FTTX

Fibre to the Premise (FTTX) and Fibre to the Home (FTTH), sometimes referred to as "the last mile", is the delivery of a communications signal over optical fibre from the operator's switching equipment all the way to a home or business, thereby replacing existing copper infrastructure such as telephone wires or coaxial cable. FTTX is a rapidly growing method of providing vastly higher bandwidth to consumers and businesses, and thereby enabling more robust video, internet and voice services.

Billions of dollars are being spent to upgrade communications systems and the demand for the Fibre-Optic cable manufacturing and deployment industry has surged as downstream customers upgrade infrastructure that was delayed during the recession. Wireless carriers are expanding their fiber-optic cable networks as more carriers upgrade their networks and consumers increasingly demand high-speed internet on their mobile phones, necessitating more fiber-optic cable purchases.

Communications Internet speed (or lack of) has been described by some industry experts as the single greatest economic issue facing North America today, and an ever increasing demand for bandwidth caused by streaming video and music services, smartphone usage, and consumersand businesses using cloud based and real time communication services has created a surge in investment into last mile infrastructure by internet service providers, businesses, government and educational institutions. The Fiber to the Home Council Americas states that "Fiber-enabled applications and solutions have the potential to create value for service providers and their customers, promote economic development and enhance quality of life for communities".
