MEN.v +.03 to C$.48 I continue to feel very good about the prospects for MEN.v. They are about to leap from 80boepd to 400boepd by March 08. Sometime during March, they will also likely recomplete their second Sedalia ngas well. The first one tested at 1000mcfpd or 166boepd. MEN.v has 100%WI in these wells. MEN.v has another section of land adjacent to the first two wellbores. They think they have two drill sites on that section that would target the same formations as the first two shutin wells. The Cardium oil well will take until sometime in March or April before it is allowed to flow at full rates.

MEN.v has started oil production from their new oil well. Note the comment that free flowing production was greater than the 600bpd and 200mcfpd reported test results. Men.v was conservative in their PR because they were trying to tie up any nearby drill sites. Still have to wait for EUB approval so production will be limited to 120boepd. MEN.v WI is 30%. Should net them over 200boepd in addition to their previous production rate of 80boepd. Bobwins Magnum Commences Oil Production Wednesday February 13, 6:52 pm ET VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 13, 2008 -- Magnum Energy Inc. (CDNX:MEN.V - News) (the "Company") is pleased to report that the previously announced Cardium exploratory well has now been placed on production. The operator has informed Magnum that free flowing flush production exceeded initial flow test rates reported in news release on December 20, 2007. Production on the well will be restricted as required by regulations until such time that the operator receives Good Production Practices (GPP) approval from the EUB, which usually takes about 30 days. All facilities are in place for full production rates once the approval is received. Bobwins, thanks for bringing this stock to our attention and for the updates. I had a further look after you mentioned it and liked what I saw and took a position. Nice to see the price jump up so quickly too, so your timing was good.

MEN.v +.03 to C$.46. Volume of 560K is high for this little stock. One trade was a 500K cross. Hope this means that company is ready to announce they have hooked up either or both of their new wells. These are huge wells for this little company. They started the year at 80boepd. Cardium oil well tested at 600bpd and 200mcfpd. They have 30%WI, which should equal 150boepd+ net to MEN. Sedalia ngas recomplete. They tested 160boepd. They have 100% of this well. 80boepd to 400boepd in one qtr is a big jump. Development drilling near Sedalia and exploration drilling on trend at Cardium should provide excellent growth for MEN.v going forward into 2009. Bobwins

This is great news. Company expected 15-35boepd from these recompletes. But this one tested at 1million cubic feet/d or 166boepd. Assuming this one settles down to ~26boepd and gas is $7/mcf, this will add about 100K per qtr to their gross revs. There are 6 more recompletions waiting. That could add $700K/qtr to Men.v. Next the 600bpd Cardium oil well is coming online in March. Men expects to net 200bpd or 1.4million/qtr at $80/boe. Men could be at 2.4million/qtr by late 2008. I would guesstimate 1.5million in cashflow or about .05/qtr cashflow. .20 annual cashflow would equal a share price of .80 to 1.00. Monday January 14, 6:21 pm ET VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2008) - Magnum Energy Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MEN - News) is pleased to report that operations at the previously announced 100% working interest Sedalia well re-entry have been concluded. ADVERTISEMENT [Blocked Ads] The well has now been shut in and the Company is preparing to equip and tie-in the well for production. The Company anticipates being able to re-activate the currently abandoned pipeline to the well and therefore expects production to commence within the next month.
