Approx 69 million shares outstanding 9 wells on production at Joffree 9 wells at Loydminster with a 33% ownership. Total production 110 boepd 2 wells being drilled at Endeavor. Ground Oil seepage taking place on the land suggesting oil is visible present. Currently NOG is the only operator of Oil in this area. Wells would be 100% owned. Hunt oil is overseeing this site. I would think maybe they would buy in if NOG strikes anything. Recently financed. Second tranche of financing is essentially closed. Just waiting on subscribers money to come in. 1 fund has taken apart of the financing and another is knocking on the door if subscribers back out. Heavy insider buying recently. Sister company owns a good chunk of NOG. Side note: Company has: The Company, in conjunction with its joint venture partner, Western Warner Oils Ltd., owns 3,856 hectares (9,528 acres) of coal leases located at Drumheller, Alberta. Currently, there is no production at Drumheller. -A 100% ownership position in three sections - approximately 1,920 acres - in the Peace River Arch region of northwestern Alberta. Although this land has yet to be developed, the Company has licensed three wells in the region and expects to drill each of them by the end of 2010. Currently, there is no production at Talbot Lake. I would like to hear from some of the regulars here. Guys such as Bobwins and others here always give a good balanced point of view. Thank you.
