I agree with you that technicals do not drive the share price... They simply indicate (not predict and not precise to the cent!) a general direction and sometimes, as in this case, a likely pivot point.

I remember having upset many members here when I said RDN would be going back to .75 when it traded around 1$. It was ~December I think (was not able to find the post). No one beleived me... Now, I am in... and waiting for a retest of .75 to maybe then load up. Short term, retest of .90 in the works. TA4U@chart-service.com

OUCH Raydan Manufacturing loses $181,342 in Q3 2006 2006-03-28 09:17 ET - News Release Ms. Joan Richardson reports RAYDAN MANUFACTURING REPORTS 3RD QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS Raydan Manufacturing Inc. has released its financial results for the third quarter ended Jan. 31, 2006. Quarterly revenue decreased 10 per cent to $2,450,343 with a net loss of $181,342 compared with $2,734,551 and a profit of $67,973 for the same period one year ago. Gross margin as a percentage of sales was 2 per cent, down from 13 per cent for the same period one year ago....
