Found the msg below on the Raydan Stockhouse board. It was posted Wednesday, Sep 28 at 3:28pm ET.
Confirmed with Joan from Raydan - Results will be out Thursday and they "look good" - interpret as you see fit. Release will (per Joan) include an update on Arvin Meritor.
Raydan is hoping that they will be trading Thursday.
Perhaps we will see an announcement from the ASC after trading concludes for the day or before the open tomorrow. ASC seems to issue releases at 1730 hrs EST for whatever reason.

EDMONTON, Sept. 21 /CNW/ - Raydan Manufacturing Inc.
