SIM.v  +.02 to C$.56   this is likely Brinks Security.  Order is probably under 100K but important because of the inroad to this important user.  Maybe they didn't need 4G because many of their countries don't have 4G yet.  Siyata stock hasn't been performing that well lately.  Probably investors cashing their stock and holding the warrants.  It probably won't matter IF/WHEN Siyata gets approval for US distribution and qualifies for the First Responder network.  Stock should pop once US sales move total sales beyond $20+million per year.

SIM.v   Siyata was named as a top pick by Bruce Campbell of Stonecastle Management on Market Call today.  Didn't spend a lot of time explaining what they do or why they are so excited about Siyata but probably why Siyata was strong today.

SIM.v  C$.62  Siyata is beginning device approval at a Tier One US cellular operator.  Here is what Paradigm analyst Daniel Kim thinks about this process:

"First, with this carrier’s 4M commercial vehicles. Assuming a relatively small percent convert per year, for example 100K (2.5% of total), would imply $100M in potential revenue which we estimate would generate $20-25M in EBITDA. This conversion rate implies SIM would generate this amount every year for the next 40 years. Using our same 12x EBITDA multiple implies an incremental $2.75/sh to our target price. Recall this is with one carrier and total opportunity in North America is 15M commercial vehicles (12M in the U.S. and 3M in Canada). ”

Daniel layers this on top of two recently announced and advanced opportunities.

"Recently announced “global 2-way radio vendor” could potentially rep $100M over next 18 months. SIM will provide this vendor with both its rugged devices and commercial vehicle devices ?with PoC (push-to-talk-over-cellular) capabilities to the vendor's enterprise and government customers. Recall SIM has an agreement with PoC vendor Kodiak who is very strong in the carrier channel, therefore this new deal provides a complementary channel for SIM. Also recall in May, Motorola Solutions (MSI, NR) announced it will be acquiring Kodiak."

"Layer on FirstNet deployment, which AT&T is beginning deployments this year with bigger volumes next year. This will represent tens of millions per year for next decade. Potential for a rapid deployment of 1M first responder vehicle, represents a $800-$1B opportunity to SIM. SIM has partnered with the leading push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) vendors to monetize this market."

Plus millions of in the money warrants issued during the initial funding of the RTO have been converted to stock or are going to expire on 7/24/17.  This should slow some of the recent selling pressure on the stock.

Siyata Mobile Begins Device Approval for its Uniden® UV350 with a U.S. Tier 1 Cellular Operator
Montréal, QC – Siyata Mobile Inc. (TSX-V:SIM | OTCQB: SYATF) (the "Company" or "Siyata") is pleased to announce it has commenced the technical device approval process for its Uniden® UV350 4G/LTE in-vehicle connected cellular device with a Tier 1 operator in the United States.

The Uniden® UV350 4G/LTE is the world’s first and only in-vehicle connected cellular device with Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (“PoC”) compatible on “Band 14”, and strongly positions Siyata to be a leading candidate for in-vehicle PoC solutions for first responder vehicles migrating to the FirstNet Network.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO and Chairman of Siyata Mobile, commented, “We are very pleased that within only three months of launching the UV350, it has been recognized by a tier 1 cellular provider in the United States as an innovative device with unique features for commercial fleets. This is a very meaningful milestone for the company and is a fundamental step towards entering the large-scale opportunity in the United States.”

According to the United States Department of Transportation, in 2015 there were over 12 million fleet vehicles in the United States. Siyata aims to be the leading provider of connected vehicle and mobile hardware solutions as these commercial fleets upgrade their communication platforms to be compatible with next generation networks, PoC solutions and other software applications.

+.01 to C$.60    price has been weak lately but this is very positive news.  This doesn't include any US sales yet for 4G push to talk units.   Should take off once US sales kick in.  That's the big market potential for Siyata.  I think there are some US sales for the range extender units.

Siyata Mobile Reports Revenue of $5.2M in Q2 2017, a 150% Increase Over Q2 2016 and 4th Consecutive Quarter of Record Sales

This represents a ~150% increase over the Company’s Q2 2016 sales and an increase of ~7% over Q1 2017 as well as a fourth consecutive quarter of sales growth.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO and Chairman of Siyata stated, “This was a record quarter for Siyata and a dramatic increase over Q2 2016. We have only begun to realize our large-scale market potential and are excited from the major opportunities that we are working on in North America.”

http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2017/06/08/siyata-mobile-signs-vendor-agreement-and-receives-first-po-from-leading-global

Siyata is trading down today after hitting a new52wkhi yesterday of C$.70.    Good volume both days.  I think Siyata is going higher in 2017-8.  US markets are key so they need device approval.  That will likely lead to sales in 2018.  But today's announcement is from a global radio company that can likely sell Siyata devices overseas now.

Siyata is one of the few microcaps that has announced a plan and then methodically carried it out over many months.  I wasn't too happy when it hit C$.22 in December 2016 but it's been all uphill since then.  Happy I held my shares, although I did sell a few when it spiked over C$.60 in April.

Nice pop based on this PR?

Not sure this particular PR should be the reason for the big move but I'll take it.  No orders, just compatible with the coming First Responders network?

But I think it does show that Siyata is coming to the US at just the right time with the right products to replace an aging infrastructure.

Daniel Kim, 416.363.6644, dkim@paradigmcap.com

Siyata Mobile Inc. (SIM-T): Due Dili Confirms Our Thesis

Highlights:

Given the breadth of Siyata Mobile’s customer list, our due diligence is an ongoing process. Recall SIM leverages carrier relationships to sell its solutions in a myriad of end markets. In that we regard, we have had recent conversations with a North American authorized dealer and one of Israel’s largest mobile operators. Each of them are long standing large customers of Siyata both praising the company in many areas: “great company to work with, with great products and no issues..importantly its hardware solutions work very well with its integrated software”. Our key findings are summarized below:

·            In the case of Israel, this customer confirmed Siyata is the market leader in this niche and stands alone with no competition. In terms of alternative Push-to-Talk (PTT) software solutions, there are two. First, Motorola, who has virtually no installs or customers; and second, Mobile Tornado, a much smaller player with only 70k subs versus industry leader Kodiak at 2.5M. Furthermore this customer has not seen any other vendor with Kodiak installed.

·            This Israel mobile operator has 1.5M subs with 120k on the old iDEN network (PTT). It just started offering Siyata’s PTT over cellular (PoC) service in September and is strategically targeting its key opinion leaders i.e. its largest customers. 4K subs have already migrated since launching its PoC service in November 2016, across various verticals and with the iDEN network scheduled to shut off in 2019, it expects continued migration at an accelerated pace. Its key verticals include: police, pharma, taxis, ambulance, infrastructure (i.e. trucking), government and security. 95% of its iDEN users who try Siyata’s PoC solution “love it”, so they expect the bulk of iDEN users will transition to this solution.

·            With regards to the North American dealer, it stated its customers (ambulance is a key vertical) are agnostic to 3G or 4G solutions. The bigger driver for adoption is the need for a rugged phone so its customers can have PoC capabilities outside of the vehicle. This dealer confirmed they have not seen any competitive solutions and they have been working with Siyata for two years now. In all tenders, Siyata’s solution is the only one at the table with PoC capabilities.

·            The other key driver is the shutdown of 2G/CDMA networks: Verizon by end of 2019; AT&T Q1/17; T-Mobile 2020; and Rogers, the last Canadian carrier, by 2018. We saw this hit BSM Technologies latest quarter, with expected loss of most of its 10,000 2G customer with AT&T. Clearly with sockets opening up, this is a huge opportunity for SIM.

Despite the run up in the stock, the company still trades at a discount to its peers — at 6.0x versus its peers at 9.2x on 2018 EV/EBITDA; alternatively 0.9x EV/Sales versus peers at 1.6x. With continuous contract awards (three key catalysts being 2G shutdown, PoC demand and new 4G/LTE products); growing revenue and EBITDA; and potential for accretive acquisitions; we believe this discount will change rapidly. Applying a 10x EV/EBITDA multiple to our conservative 2018 EBITDA estimate of $5.1 million yields a 12-month target price of $0.70. We see lots of upside both to our multiple and estimates.

this is a good sign that Signifi and Siyata are moving forwards.  The bank will hold them accountable and put certain restrictions on their financial ratios.  The company would be stupid to agree to this line if they thought financial conditions were going to get worse.  So the bank and Siyata must be optimistic about the near term future results.

excellent.  US sales are starting to kick in.  Siyata should see a nice boost in sales in 2017 as US sales take off.  As an added bonus, US sales will be at better gross margins than Israeli sales AND the strong US$ should help profits.

SIM.v/SIMFF C$.27 Siyata has their first big sale in the US. US margins should be better than Israeli sales AND strength of US$ will improve results a bit more. 2017 should be the start of real profits for Siyata as they improve gross sales at good margins in the very large US markets. December 5, 2016 Siyata Mobile Receives Over $1M In Orders For Its Push-To-Talk Devices Montréal, QC – Siyata Mobile Inc. (TSX-V:SIM / OTC PINK:SIMFF) (the "Company" or "Siyata") is pleased to announce that it has received purchase orders for its various Push To Talk Over Cellular (“PoC”) devices (Connected-Vehicle and Mobile Rugged Devices) from an undisclosed mobile operator valued at over $1M CDN. The purchase order is the largest single PO to date for Siyata’s PoC devices and are expected to be delivered within Q1 2017. Siyata currently offers both connected vehicle and mobile PoC devices and the operator is purchasing both product categories for their enterprise customers. Siyata CEO Marc Seelenfreund commented, “This is a great achievement for Siyata as this mobile operator is fully adopting both of our product categories for their Push To Talk enterprise customers. With Kodiak Push-to-Talk software fully integrated into our devices, the offering is a very robust solution that we continue to see demand for in multiple markets. PoC is a very fast growing category in the mobile world and we plan to be an industry leader in this space.” According to the United States Department of Transportation, in 2015 there were over 12 million fleet vehicles in the United States. Siyata aims to be the leading provider of connected vehicle and mobile hardware solutions as these commercial fleets upgrade their communication platforms to be compatible with next generation networks, PoC solutions and other software applications. SIM.v C$.27 Siyata posted a nice revenue bump in Q3. Still lost money but has positive EBIDTA and a nice comparison to both Q2 and last year Q3 in revs and gross margins. This is the first qtr to show some sales in the US as they introduce their product line into old Signifi distributors under the Uniden brand. Need continued growth in sales and a leveling off of G&A and Sales and Marketing expenses so they can show real EPS. Still a nice start in the US and a few big contracts with big fleets would do wonders for the P&L. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/siyata-mobile-posts-record-quarter-130000253.html

SIM.v  -.03 to C$.22   Siyata has been declining lately.  Sales news seems to be good but stock is sliding anyway.  I think it has to do with their most recent financing.  The lockup period ended 10/11/16 so there may be buyers of the private placement that are selling shares and holding the warrants.  The financing price was .30 so you wouldn't think many would be selling in the low twenties but it just seems to be too big a coincidence that the price has been falling from a recent high of C$.28 on 10/14 to today's C$.22.  This isn't a big volume stock so it wouldn't take many sellers to drop the price.

I will hold for more news of the US sales, which I hope will finally push them into profits.

Siyata Mobile Reports Record Revenue of $3.6M in Q3 2016

Montréal, QC – Siyata Mobile Inc. (TSX-V:SIM / OTC PINK:SIMFF) (the "Company" or "Siyata") is pleased to announce record top line revenue of ~$3.6M CDN and record sales in North America in Q3 2016.

This represents an impressive ~79% increase in revenue over Q2 of 2016 and a ~62% increase in sales over Q3 of 2015 with a third of the sales in Q3 coming from North America. As a result of the North American sales, the company is expecting margins to be higher than its margins reported in Q2 2015 of 24%.

Q3 2016 full financial results will be filed before the end of November 2016, and the company will conduct a conference call to discuss the results at that time.

The large increase in sales is partially from successful integration and consolidation of the Montréal based sales team that is now selling and supporting the full Uniden® Connected-Vehicle-Devices and Uniden® Cellular Boosters product lines. The Company expects sales to continue its momentum in Q4 as Siyata’s Uniden® product line is introduced into distribution channels that were inherited from the Signifi acquisition.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO and Director of Siyata states, “We are very pleased to see the successful integration of Signifi and execution of our North American sales strategy taking place. Our unique Uniden® connected-vehicle-devices and cellular amplifiers are being sold to a large amount of distributors in North America, where our sales team has long standing relationships. As a result, we expect to see strong adoption and sales growth of our innovative product line in North America.”

There are tens of millions of commercial vehicles worldwide that currently rely on 2G networks and two-way radio systems for their communication platforms. Siyata Mobile Partners With Uniden® America Corporation

SIM.v/SIMFF  +.005 to C$.275

Excellent news for Siyata.  Unifying the product line under the well known name brand of Uniden will help immensely when they introduce their full lineup of products to US in early 2017.  Siyata bought Signifi earlier this year and they already had licensed the Uniden brand for their cell booster products.  They are already selling those products in the US under the Uniden name brand in the big box stores like Costco, Best Buy, etc.  This new agreement will allow Siyata to use the Uniden name brand for their Voyager and Truckfone products.  Should make it much easier for distributors to sell their products to fleet owners.

MONTREAL, QC--(Marketwired - September 27, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata") (TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce a partnership with Uniden® America Corporation, whereas Siyata Mobile has exclusive rights in North America to market and distribute their innovative devices under the Uniden® brand in the categories of cellular amplifiers, connected vehicle cellular devices and other rugged cellular products.

Siyata's Truckfone and Voyager 3G connected-vehicle-devices in North America will be re-branded as the Uniden® UCP100 and Uniden® UCP200 respectively. The rebranding brings strong brand recognition for its devices and introduces a more unified brand to the current dealers, operators and future customers in North America.

Eiji Hayasak, President and CEO of Uniden America states, "Innovative Cellular Phone Products is a key category in our strategy for expanding the Uniden Brand. Siyata is a global company with a stellar reputation for its ability to develop vehicle related cellular products for the commercial market as well as a proven track record in developing innovative branded Uniden products through their subsidiary, Signifi Mobile. We look forward to further building upon our existing relationship."

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata Mobile stated, "We are excited to have the opportunity to brand our Truckfone and Voyager products under the Uniden name as this is a well known and respected brand in our industry which will well position us as an established vendor in the market. We look forward to launching additional innovative cellular devices under the Uniden brand and are confident that this partnership with Uniden will accelerate our growth as global leader of innovative cellular products."

SIM.v  +.02 to C$.28  a new market for truckfone!

MONTREAL, QC--(Marketwired - September 07, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata") (TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that it has received a purchase order from the second largest rail company in Canada for its Truckfone devices and accessories.

The Truckfones will be replacing the currently installed 2G operated Motorola M800's on the fleet of locomotives across Canada.

CEO of Siyata Mobile, Marc Seelenfreund states, "We are pleased to sell our devices into an additional vertical which represents another large commercial opportunity for Siyata. As aging networks shut down, hardware needs to be replaced to continue to operate and our devices are a very simple solution for fleets needing to adapt to the change in networks."

There are hundreds of thousands of Motorola M800 devices currently installed in commercial vehicles globally that will need to be replaced over the next several years as cellular operators terminate service of the 2G networks the M800's operate on. Siyata's connected vehicle devices offer a clearer signal and broader range even in remote areas or loud environments and are proven "mission critical" communication devices for various emergency service vehicles around the world.

Siyata's Truckfone and Voyager devices are the world's first 3G connected-vehicle devices. The Company works with cellular operators and dealerships around the world to meet the needs of fleets requiring a solution for better connectivity, safer driving, and reliable asset tracking.

Additionally, Siyata announces they have signed Paradox Public Relations, based out of Montreal Quebec, to assist with its Investor Relations Activities.

Pursuant to the agreement reached between the parties, Paradox will focus on developing and expanding Siyata's communications with the investment community through a comprehensive investor relations program. Paradox has been providing investor relations services in multiple industries for nearly fifteen years. Services to be provided to Siyata will include: marketing to the investment community, use of Paradox's proprietary database and contacts, organizing meetings and presentations on behalf of Siyata.

The agreement has a term of 24 months and may be terminated at any time without charge by either party by giving 30 days' notice in writing. Paradox will be paid a monthly fee of $5000 and will be granted an option to acquire up to 400,000 common shares of Siyata at a price of $0.35 per share, vesting quarterly and expiring 2 years from the date of grant, in accordance with the Company's stock option plan. The agreement with Paradox as well as the payment of fees and the granting of stock options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Siyata lost money again for Q2 and more importantly had reduced gross revs.  PR says that acquisition of Signifi and financing required mgmt attention and delayed some sales closings to 2nd half of 2016 and they expect Q3 to show higher revs and gross profits.  Gross margins did improve, which the company attributed to higher sales in Canada.  However in the qtrly report on Sedar, they listed a breakdown in sales and most are still in Israel.   In the first 6 months of 2016, Siyata had 4.7million in sales vs 5million in 2015.  Sales in Israel were 4,039 in 2016 so still represent a huge percentage of total sales.  Canadian sales were up significantly to 383K from 53K in 2015.  However gross sales were down in every market except Canada, leading to the decline vs 2015.  North American sales are going to have to increase by a factor of 10X to come close to equaling Israeli sales.  Even though North America is a huge market, Siyata is still a very small player and could take awhile before they progress to higher sales and profits.

MONTREAL, QC--(Marketwired - August 29, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata") (TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to report its financial results for the 3 months ended June 30, 2016.

Highlights

  • Top line revenue of $2.0M
  • Loss of $240K excluding share based payments of $156K
  • Gross Margins increased 14% to 24% over Q1 2016
  • Shareholder's equity of $8.64M compared to $5.73M over Q1 2016
  • Quarter ended with strong balance sheet ($4.5M working capital)

During the quarter, significant efforts were made to negotiate and finalize the acquisition of Signifi Mobile, and complete a $2.9M financing equity financing. As a result, some second quarter sales opportunities were pushed out and are expected to close in H2 2016. The one time negative growth in connected-vehicle-device sales has no reflection on the continued global market opportunity as evidenced by recent purchase orders and contracts announced in Q3.

Third quarter will represent the first full quarter of sales from both Siyata Mobile and its recently acquired subsidiary Signifi Mobile, which markets and sells Uniden® cellular signal boosters.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata Mobile stated, "Although Q2 sales didn't see growth over Q1, gross margins at 24 percent were substantially higher than our historic average margins of 21 percent as a result of our growing sales in North America. We are confident our sales in the second half of this year will be substantially higher, with continued improvements in margin and bottom line."

A conference call to briefly discuss these results, followed by a short question and answer period will be held tomorrow,August 30 2016 at 9:00AM EDT (6:00AM PDT) and can be accessed by dialing the following numbers.

SIM.v C$.335  I think Siyata is going to be a long term winner.  Glad to see that RCMP is continuing to buy Truckfone units.  Would be a real coup if RCMP bought truckfone units across the board.  That would be an endorsement for quality, reliability and good performance.  Waiting to see what kind of new 4G products they introduce later this year before starting their US initiative.  US is the big market, although getting a good start in Canada would certainly help their credibility as well as cashflow.

MONTREAL, QC--(Marketwired - July 12, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata")(TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that the Company continues to receive purchase orders from multiple divisions of the Alberta Royal Canadian Mounted Police ("RCMP") for its Truckfone connected-vehicle devices. Siyata has seen considerable demand since the initial order and is now fulfilling purchase orders with 14 different RCMP detachments.

As the Canadian national police service and an agency of the Ministry of Public Safety, the RCMP is unique in the world as a national, federal, provincial and municipal policing body.

There are currently more than 700 RCMP detachments comprised of 8,677 vehicles throughout Canada. Many of these vehicles rely on outdated 2G networks that are being systematically shut down, triggering a demand for modern fixed communication devices that can run on current networks. Siyata is expanding its direct marketing campaigns in order to offer a solution for organizations that require communications hardware that is compatible with next generation networks and Push-to-Talk radio technology.

Siyata's Truckfone is the ideal solution for commercial fleets, offering crystal clear transmission even in rural areas thanks to a powerful speaker, dedicated microphone, and external antenna. With 3G connectivity and a simple user interface, the Truckfone allows effective hands-free communications for drivers.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata, commented, "We are pleased with the results of our marketing efforts towards the RCMP and continue to view this as a large-scale opportunity in Canada. Our expansion in central Alberta includes installing our Truckfone as their mission critical communication device, replacing existing hardware that relies on 2G and CDMA networks."

SIM.v  C$.355    Siyata closed an oversubscribed financing.  This will give them cash to expand into the US with their product line.  The recent merger with Signifi sped up the process by giving them access to US based Signifi customers.  These funds should give them a good start towards beginning their US marketing plans.  Still doesn't seem like a lot but as I stated, the merger will give them a head start.  Also they had said they would wait until they were ready with 4G product lines before starting a US marketing effort.  These funds will likely help pay for the R&D and final production plans for those products.

MONTREAL, QC--(Marketwired - June 10, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. ("Siyata" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 8,299,714 units (each, a "Unit"), at a price of $0.35 per unit, for gross proceeds of $2,904,899.90. Siyata originally announced a private placement of $2.5M, but agreed to increase the size of financing due to investor demand. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company, and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant is exercisable to acquire one additional common share of the Company for two years, at a price of $0.50 per share.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata Mobile, stated, "The completion of this financing leaves Siyata very well capitalized to execute on our growth plans for both our connected-vehicle devices and our line of Uniden® cellular boosters in North America. This was a great vote of confidence in the company from its current and new shareholders as well as from its founding investor, Shamrock Private Equity."

All securities issued in connection with the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring October 11, 2016. In connection with closing of the private placement, the Company has paid finders' fees of $146,066.49, and issued 417,330 broker warrants to persons introducing subscribers to the Company. Each broker warrant is exercisable to acquire one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.35 per share for a period of 24 months.

SIM.v  +.01 to C$.38   Siyata continues to issue PR's regarding purchases.  This one indicates that the RCMP in Alberta is ordering truckfones to replace obsolete units in it's fleet.  I expect these orders will continue as I suspect that an organization like the RCMP will want standardized equipment in all it's vehicles so there are no operational differences in equipment.  During emergencies,  officers need to operate quickly and efficiently.  Trying to figure out how to operate communications devices in an emergency would not be ideal.

Of course, there is no $$$ amt in the PR so it's impact on Siyata's P&L is unknown.  But medium term, the size of the RCMP fleet is large enough that it will be a positive.  AND it's a big plus for credibility that the RCMP chose truckfone for it's fleet.

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - May 17, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata")(TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that it continues to receive purchase orders from several divisions of the Alberta RCMP.

Siyata has now fulfilled orders from 15 RCMP divisions throughout Alberta with several divisions placing repeat orders.

The Company's Truckfone will be installed in the RCMP's emergency service vehicles, providing personnel with a connected-vehicle device that offers hands-free, crystal clear communications while increasing driver safety.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata Mobile, commented, "We are honoured that these emergency personnel have chosen our devices as the ideal solution for their communication needs. Our business with Alberta's RCMP service continues to grow as we have numerous customers in this vertical. We are determined to advance our marketing efforts to capture the demand of this sector."

There are currently more than 700 RCMP detachments comprised of 8,677 vehicles throughout Canada. SIM.v  +.03 to C$.37   Siyata posted Q1 revs of 2.7million and a positive ebitda of $23K.  Signifi, the Uniden branded cell phone booster company that Siyata intends to buy, posted bigger sales gains of 70% in Q1 and positive ebidta.  Deal isn't closed yet.

They had sales of .8MM so if the deal was closed, Siyata would have total revs of 3.5million for the qtr and a runrate of C$14MM for the year.  They projected that much by themselves so 2016 should be closer to C$17million after the merger.

Once the merger is complete, Siyata can use Signifi units when they sell truckfone or voyager devices that need extended range.  They currently include boosters but have been using another brand.  This should help Signifi sales and boost overall revs.

Annual report out.  Lost something like 1.6 million in Q4.  Currency adjustment went against them for 575K for whole year vs a gain of 398K the previous qtr.  So currency translation was a loss of 973K for Q4.  Want to learn more about how that mechanism works.

I thought Q4 would be closer to breakeven.  Inventory and A/R also went up so cash is down quite a bit to 298K.  I was expecting a financing but was hoping for better cashflow so that the financing was mainly for marketing purposes.  Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Somebody bought out all the sellers so price is stable at C$.35 but it was down .03 at the open.  We'll see how it holds up going forward.  Again, expect financing fairly soon so price could be weak after price of financing is announced but medium term this still looks very promising.  Looking forward to Small Cap Conference next week so I can ask more questions.

woohooo!~  Let's hope 2015 financials show progress towards a net profit.  We know total revs were 9.9 million but they need to show progress towards profit in Q4.  Also Q1 is complete so we should get those financials in 4-6 weeks.  This is a great story but revs need to continue to increase to reach profitability.

Another caution is that when the stock price reaches a certain unknown level, the company will likely do a financing to gear up for the US expansion this winter.

I think this is a medium term hold.  They need to increase penetration in Canada and then the US markets are where the bulk of the opportunity lies.  Since they won't even begin sales in the US until late 2016, this is really a 2017-8 story.  I think we got in early enough to enjoy the ride.

SIM.v  +.03 to C$.32   Siyata keeps releasing PR's outlining big orders.  Although the buyer here is a big entity, there is no info about how big the order was.  Certainly with 4300 employees, there is big potential but no indication of how big a fleet of vehicles they have.  Still the cumulative effect of the constant orders is good for the stock price.  My avg price is C$.257 so modest gains so far but 2016 should be a big year of change for the company as they expand in Canada and get ready to introduce their devices to the US markets.

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - April 07, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata")(TSX VENTURE: SIM)(OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that it has fulfilled purchase orders made by Netafim for Truckfone devices to be used in their commercial vehicles.

Netafim is one of the world's largest irrigation companies with 28 global subsidiaries, 17 manufacturing plants, and 4,300 employees in more than 110 countries. Providing solutions to multiple industries including agriculture, landscape, wastewater, and mining, Netafim is the global leader in smart irrigation solutions.

Siyata CEO Marc Seelenfreund stated, "Netafim tested our devices to ensure they were appropriate for their fleet and we are pleased to receive this order from a company with such extensive worldwide capacity. Siyata continues to broaden its reach into multiple verticals and we can now add a highly respectable global irrigation company to our customer list."

Siyata's Truckfone and Voyager are the world's first 3G connected-vehicle devices with fixed installation, hands-free dialing, and a dedicated microphone and speaker for crystal clear sound quality along with external antennas for better cellular coverage. The Company works with cellular operators and dealerships around the world to meet the needs of fleets requiring a solution for better connectivity, safer driving, and reliable asset tracking.

There are tens of millions of commercial vehicles worldwide that currently rely on 2G networks and two-way radio systems for their communication platforms. Siyata aims to target this market as they upgrade their communications hardware to be compatible with next generation networks and Push-to-Talk radio technology.

SIM.v +.01 to C$.29   Siyata continues to get large orders for their Truckfone devices.  No indication where this order will be filled.

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - March 31, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata")(TSX VENTURE: SIM)(OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that it has received a purchase order for 400 Truckfone devices from a major international dairy company to replace and upgrade the existing Motorola M800 devices in their long-haul dairy trucks.

Siyata continues to see strong market penetration in multiple jurisdictions and industries around the world as companies upgrade their aging hardware to 3G-compatible devices such as Truckfone and Voyager.

Siyata Mobile CEO Marc Seelenfreund stated, "This is another example of a large vertical required to upgrade their M800 devices as operators work to systematically shut down 2G networks. We estimate over 500,000 M800s are currently installed in jurisdictions where we have proven market penetration with our selling partners. We are pleased to continue our healthy sales momentum in Q1 which is setting the stage for a strong 2016."

Additionally, Alnabali Logistics, a large cement trucking company out of Israel, has added 100 devices to its recent purchase order (see press release March 23, 2016), increasing the order from 250 to 350 devices.

Siyata's Truckfone and Voyager are the world's first 3G connected-vehicle devices with fixed installation, hands-free dialling, and a dedicated microphone and speaker for crystal clear sound quality along with external antennas for better cellular coverage. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/siyata-mobile-receives-purchase-order-123000944.html    Siyata continues to do well in their home market of Israel.  250 units is a good sized order and the cement truck fleet is definitely a challenging environment for communications equipment.  Diesel cement trucks with stiff suspensions are bound to be very noisy.  Siyata has forecast that significant sales increases will continue in 2016 and so far the announced sales seem to support their forecast.  Still need to see the year end statement to see how far from breakeven they are and what kind of margins they are experiencing.  Don't want the company to be sacrificing margin to get sales.

SIM.v +.01 to C$.30   Siyata steadily gaining as the orders continue to be announced. This is only one county but emergency vehicles and especially RCMP departments all across Canada need effective communications.  Let's hope Siyata continues to make inroads in this important segment.  Imagine if you're trying to sell an individual company on the product and you can say the RCMP uses our product.  That would be an excellent testimonial.  Not there yet but this repeat order is a good sign.

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - March 08, 2016) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata")(TSX VENTURE: SIM)(OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that Strathcona County, Alberta has expanded the rollout of Siyata products to include their RCMP detachment.

Strathcona County RCMP have ordered Truckfone connected-vehicle devices for their vehicles and are expected to require further equipment in the coming months. As previously announced, Siyata also fulfilled purchase orders last year for Strathcona County to equip the ambulances and fire trucks in their Emergency Services fleets.

CEO of Siyata Mobile Marc Seelenfreund commented, "We are pleased to be able to count Strathcona County as a repeat customer and look forward to providing their emergency personnel with the devices they need. We now have multiple reference customers in this vertical and plan to focus on capturing this important market across Canada."

There are currently more than 700 RCMP detachments comprised of 8,677 vehicles throughout Canada. Many of these vehicles rely on out-dated 2G networks that are shutting down worldwide, triggering demand for a modern fixed communication device that can run on current networks. Siyata's Truckfone is the ideal communications device for commercial vehicles, trucks, and fleets, allowing drivers to easily talk and drive with 3G cellular connectivity that offers a clearer signal and broader range.

SIM.v  +.025 to C$.25   orders thru another big mobile carrier.

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - February 25, 2016) -  Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata") (TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce it has received purchase orders through Bell Mobility Canada to install its connected-vehicle devices in Deran Oilfield Services' ("Deran") fleet of oilfield trucking rentals and heavy machinery equipment.

Siyata CEO Marc Seelenfreund commented, "We are very pleased to continue to build on our sales and distribution relationships with large mobile carriers like Bell Mobility while expanding our client base in multiple industries across Canada. We will continue to build on these operators and dealerships to generate strong year over year revenue growth."

Marc Seelenfreund further comments, "Siyata has great momentum to gain market share in North America. The vast majority of the commercial vehicles in North America rely on 2G mobile networks or two-way radio systems for connectivity and will look to upgrade to more advanced mobile networks to stay connected to their customers, fleet management systems, drivers, and dispatch operators."

Siyata's Truckfone and Voyager devices are the world's first 3G connected-vehicle devices and the Company continues to work with cellular operators and dealerships around the world to meet the needs of fleets that require a solution for better connectivity, safer driving, and reliable asset tracking.

They updated their corporate presentation. They project sales of 14 million for 2016 up from 9.9 million for 2015. They maintain their 2017 target of at least 25 million in sales in 2017. If they start to show a profit in 2016 then I think the share price will see significant appreciation.

SIM.v  +.02 to C$.26  Siyata announced today that Q4 unaudited sales were 2.7 million to bring 2015 sales to 9.9 million or just under previous guidance.  Sales in 2014 were 7.2 million for a gain of 2.5 million for 2015.

Is the increase to 2.7 million enough to send Siyata into profits?  We'll find out in a few weeks.  The big question for me is gross margins.  The 20% number displayed for recent qtrs is tight but IR says Canadian sales are at higher margins than Israeli sales so the increased sales should be at better margins.

SIM.v/TLRRF  +.01 to C$.235  Siyata has gotten weaker over the past few trading days along with most others.  Talked with Arlen Hansen, IR, about Siyata this week.  Got mostly positive info about the prospects for Siyata in 2016.

1. Timeline  Not going to the US until Q4 2016.  Want to make the move about the same time as introducing 4G versions of their products. The 4G product will be based on a tablet so the screen size will increase but still keep the all in one functionality of the Voyager.  This will mean that sales increases will come primarily from Canada for 2016.  He said their sales guidance for 2016 will be in the range of previous annual increases(35-45%)  That would mean somewhere around C$13-14 million in annual sales for 2016.

2.  Gross margins.  Siyata gets it's revs from the hardware, not the software so I was concerned about the tight gross margins, averaging ~20% in 2015.  Arlen said gross margins are tight in Israel but more like 30+% in Canada so if Canada takes off, gross margins will climb slightly in 2016 and could continue to improve as they expand in North America.

3. Competition.  Arlen maintains that there is little competition in North America.  The two German competitors have tablets with no voice.  I asked why there isn't more competition.  He said the opportunity to sell 100K to 150K units/yr just isn't big enough to interest the big cell phone companies or other large electronics companies like a Samsung.  Obviously the segment didn't interest Google much, since they dropped the Motorola two way radio unit after buying Motorola a few years ago.

4. 2G Motorola radios obsolete.  I asked about the situation with cell companies terminating 2G networks and making the Motorola radios non functional.  He said that is still true and these networks will cease operation in 12-18 months.  The biggest player in Canada, Telus, has already sent the first letters to their customers notifying them of the termination.  He also informed me that currently the cell networks get no income from the two way radio market, even though it is piggybacking on their networks.  So Siyata represents a nice income upgrade for the networks.  They can charge for network access but the big $$$ are in the software programs they can sell with Siyata equipment.  That means they are motivated to sell Siyata hardware so they can cross sell the software.  Siyata has no interest in this part of the business.  They want to provide a good Android platform for the software but can't compete with the rapidly changing software business.  They have spent their R&D on the noise reduction and combined rugged functionality of their hardware and will continue to focus on the hardware vs software.  This makes them an ideal partner for someone like Telus.  Telus has hundreds of dealers who will get revs for installing the new hardware as well as the software revs from compatible software programs.  Telus, the network, gets new revs from the fleets AND more revs if they use data heavy programs.

I asked about the tendency for most companies to want to minimize expenses.  He said their Truckfone unit is a direct swap for the Motorola units, providing a cheap push to talk alternative for the two way radio, providing hands free operation and superior ability for the driver to communicate with his dispatcher. He said it can be installed in about 1+ hr per truck.  However the Voyager unit can replace the Motorola and provide future upsell potential for the Telus distributor because it offers so much more capability.  He cited fleet management software that can disable the text function over a certain mph speed.  This would protect the fleet owner from accident liability and charges that the driver was texting while driving.  Again the voice communications ability is a crucial part of the equipment that would allow the driver to communicate without texting.

 4. Marketing strategy.  Siyata is convinced using distributors is the right strategy.  They first qualify their equipment with the big cell networks.  This establishes their credibility with the distributors.  Telus, alone, has hundreds of distributors that become salesmen for Siyata.  I asked about the rev spit.  He said the Voyager costs about $1,000 installed per unit.  The network gets  ~C$200, the dealer gets ~C$160 and Siyata gets ~C$640 per unit. As I mentioned before, software is additional and represents the big income opportunity for the networks.  Another advantage of working with a Telus is that they are so big, they can afford to finance the units for customers and recover their costs by charging a monthly fee.  This eliminates a large upfront fee for smaller fleets that might prevent them from switching over.

I asked if the initial raise was enough to conduct a meaningful marketing program in the US. He said no but is hoping they can demonstrate profitability and raise the stock price so a future raise can be meaningful and less dilutive.

5. Financials.  Q3 had a lot of reverse merger expenses in it but he thinks they are close to overall profitability for Q4. We'll see in a few months when the year end comes out.  2016 should provide a clearer picture without the one time expenses.

Overall I was very pleased with the answers.  I had hoped they were going to enter the US market sooner but that's typical of an investor.  Bought some more at C$.23.  Also pleased to find out there is a US OTC symbol so I can recommend Siyata to my US internet friends.

C$300K initial order from new Israeli distributor.  Having an established base in Israel is one of the things I like about Siyata.  To obtain scale, they need Canada and especially the US to take off but they also need a secure, profitable market position in Israel.  Their success in Israel gives us a peek ahead of what to expect in Canada and eventually the US.

More orders from Telus dealer.  Customers sound pleased with improvement over old Motorola equipment.  The sound quality is better and they don't have to use headphones to hear clearly.  Didn't mention the "smartphone" aspects so these companies are switching just because the truckfone product is better than the Motorola equipment just on two way radio usage.  I have to believe that there are smart phone apps that will improve productivity for their fleets that truckfone can provide.

SIM.v  -.005 to C$.265   Added a few more Siyata.  Viewed an interview with Siyata CEO, Marc Seelenfreund.  He stated that competition in the North American markets is two German firms that are marketing tablets that provide data but don't integrate voice communications into their units.  So operators have to use some other means to replace the old Motorola two way radio units or use text/email communications thru the tablets?

Huge market in the US is waiting while Siyata moves into Canada first.  They appear to be doing ok with the Canadian initiative, getting approval from Bell and Telus.  I also like their approach.  They are using the mobile operators as partners rather than competing separately against them.

CEO said they were funded for their Canadian initiative.  Don't know if the $3million in the bank is enough to make a big dent in the US markets, since it's so big.  20X bigger than Canada.

This video looks like a paid promotion but I can't locate it on the futuremoneytrends.com website.  Definitely promotional tone from interviewer but still good info.

I also bought more today at 26 and 27 cents. I notice that the carrier is Bell. That means Bell and Telus have approved their product. Rogers will also otherwise they risk losing a lot of business. I am very excited about this company. This is an international company that is under the radar. It will not last long.

SIM.v  +.01 to C$.27  Siyata has been steadily creeping up.  I bought a tiny position at C$.225 but am tempted to buy more.  The logic of their position seems good.  They have proven products that fill an existing niche and the Motorola product is going to be obsolete in a year.  Sounds like a good time to be introducing the product.  The clutter that they talk about is real.  I can recall sitting in a taxi cab several times and seeing the driver communicate on both a mobile radio AND his cellphone.  It was clumsy and certainly would have been much more difficult if he had to have a gps device to provide driving directions.

The small size of the Siyata product doesn't seem to be a great fit for those drivers that  actually need to see maps or messages but I get the most value from the verbal directions when I'm using gps because I can't look at the screen and drive at the same time anyway.

I have done some research into this company and it has real potential to be a multi-bagger.    Their 3rd q numbers came out and they were not too bad. Not yet making a profit but getting there. If they hit their 10 mill target for 2015 thats 2.8 mill in sales for the 4th q. They are entering  the US market in 2016. They claim that they are the only feasible alternative to the Motorola product which Motora no longer builds and will not work on 3g. 2G is being shut down by cell phone carriers  in the US by th end of 2016. All those Motorola units will need to be replaced.

I bought a small position in Siyata last week at .225.  I liked the fact that the company is based in Israel and has already deployed their products in the Israeli market.  Now they are pursuing the much bigger US and Canadian markets for their products.  I think Q3 will be a disappointment because sales appear to have slowed a bit.  They announced 7.2 million in sales thru 3 qtrs but had already done $5million thru Q2 so 2.2million will be a bit of a disappointment for Q3.  I expect a moderate loss as they ramp up sales efforts and maybe shave some margin to get some initial sales momentum in Canada.

Still I think the market opportunity is huge and their product offering makes sense.  I'm sure Motorola is going to fight hard to retain their dominant position but Siyata doesn't need a dominant position to dramatically increase sales.

Hopefully this order will be the first of many:
