As a general rule yes, depending on the IR individual and his/her number of contacts. With regards specifically with WBE, the market capitalization of the company is so small (approx $1.9 million) that a few significant shareholders being introduced to the deal could make a big difference. QIS Capital readers were fortunate to pick up a substantial number of shares in WBE while the price was in the low teens due to the level of former insider selling. In fact, well over 5 million shares (half of the public float) has changed hands over the past year. I understand that this new IR individual is arranging some tours of the facility in the coming weeks. This could translate into some additional buying. I also believe that many more individuals and more institutions will take notice of WestBond as it begins to deliver dramatically higher financial results. With the new toilet paper machine running for the second half of this year, the company should be well on its way. The financial forecast for WestBond appears very positive at this time.
