Atlantic Lithium Limited is an Australia-based lithium-focused exploration and development company with assets in Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa. The Company is advancing its Ewoyaa Lithium Project. In Ghana the Company holds approximately 509 square kilometers (km2) of granted and under application tenure. In Cote d'Ivoire, the Company holds approximately 771 km2 of granted and under application tenure. The Ewoyaa Lithium project is located within one kilometer (km) of the Takoradi Accra N1 highway, 110 km from the Takoradi deep-sea port and adjacent to grid power. In Cote d'Ivoire, the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary Khaleesi Resources SARL, holds exploration permits over the highly prospective Rubino and Agboville exploration licenses, which cover over 374.18 km2 and 396.89 km2, respectively.
