APC Minerals Limited, formerly Australian Potash Limited, is an Australia-based explorer, which holds three project areas, primarily in Western Australia’s north-eastern Goldfields. The Company’s projects include Lake Wells Gold Project, Laverton Downs Base Metals Project, and Nexus Project. The Nexus Project is located in the West Arunta of Western Australia’s Kimberley region. The project comprises one granted exploration license (E80/5917). The Lake Wells Gold Project is located approximately 60 kilometers (km) from Gold Road Resource’s tier 1 Gruyere Project. The Laverton Downs Project is located in the richly endowed Laverton region of Western Australia. The Laverton Downs Project (LDP) has demonstrated potential to host both gold and nickel sulphide mineralization. The LDP commences just 20 km north of Laverton in the north-eastern Goldfields, where it occupies some high potential mineralized real estate.
