Axel REE Ltd

Axel REE Limited is a critical minerals exploration company which is primarily focused on exploring the Caladao, Caldas, Itiquira, and Corrente rare earth elements (REE) projects in Brazil. Together, the project portfolio covers over 1,105 square kilometers of exploration tenure in Brazil. The Company's geographical segments include Australia and Brazil. The Caladao Project is a 400 square kilometer (km2) tenement in the region of Minas Gerais, Brazil known as Lithium Valley. It includes 25 km2 of mineralized REE strike with follow-up drill programs planned to target maiden Mineral Resource Estimate. The Caldas Project licenses cover 232 km2 in South Minas Gerais, close to alkaline carbonatite complexes in Brazil, the Pocos de Caldas alkaline intrusive. The Itiquira Project is a 340 km2 tenement in Mato Grosso located over a magnetic anomaly. The Corrente Project is located in Sao Sebastiao do Piaui.
