CAQ Holdings Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in the leasing of an investment property in the Haikou Free Trade Zone in People’s Republic of China (PRC) and jewelry trading. The Company has two lines of business being property development and retail trading. Its Haikou Free Trade Zone project (the Haikou Project) is located in the Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone, within the Laocheng economic development zone, Haikou Master Planning, and is adjacent to Macun Port. The Haikou project includes approximately 44,020 square meters of properties and consists of several multi-story buildings, containing factories, warehouses, a commercial/administration building, and a retail complex. It is also engaged in the processing, exhibition and sale of mainly diamonds and jewelry together with other commodities. Its subsidiaries include CAQ Diamond Network Limited, Rayport Limited, Peace Base Holdings Limited, Actual Winner Limited and others.
