Cooper Metals Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the discovery of copper and gold. The Company’s flagship Mount Isa East Project comprises five tenements covering a combined area of approximately 1,637 square kilometers (Km2) in the Mount Isa district of north-west Queensland. The Project is centered approximately 30 kilometers (km) southeast of the town of Mount Isa and 900 km west of the port facilities at Townsville. The Gooroo Gold Project area is located within the Archaean Gullewa Greenstone belt in the Murchison Province of the Archaean Yilgarn Craton. The Silver Lakes Deflector Cu-Au deposit is located approximately 26 km north of the Gooroo Project. The project comprises one granted exploration license, E59/2512, covering an area of approximately 150 km2 in the Yalgoo Shire of the South Murchison District of Western Australia. The Project is centered approximately 400 km north of Perth, Western Australia.
