Critical Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold-antimony-lithium explorer with assets in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The Company is engaged in mineral exploration and development across a range of projects with particular emphasis on the Company’s Mavis Lake Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada; Halls Peak Project in New South Wales, Australia, and Gold-Antimony Projects centered in the Otago region, New Zealand. Its Gold-Antimony Projects consists of Cap Burn Gold Project, Tokomairiro, Silver Peaks, Lammerlaw, and Croesus. The Company’s flagship Mavis Lake Lithium Project is located approximately 19 kilometers (km) from Dryden in North-Western Ontario. The Mavis Lake Project Area is a single contiguous claim area, covering approximately 23,000 hectares. The Halls Peak is a district-scale SEDEX-style gold-antimony and base metals project covering 132 square kilometers in the fertile New England Fold belt near the center of Armidale, New South Wales.
