Diablo Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The principal activity of the Company is the exploration for gold, focusing on the Devil's Canyon Gold Project, King Solomon Gold Project, and Phoenix Copper Project in the United States. The Devil's Canyon Gold Project consists of about 90 claims covering approximately seven square kilometers lying 20 kilometers (km) west of the Kinross Bald Mountain Gold Mine in the prolific Carlin Gold Trend and 40 km north of the Ruby Hill Mine, Nevada. The King Solomon Project consists of about 272 claims (including two patents) covering an area of 20.23 square kilometers (km2). The Phoenix copper project consists of over 292 unpatented lode claims covering 5840 acres. It also operates the Star Range Project, which is located 6 km west of the town of Milford in Beaver County, southwestern Utah, USA, and consists of 104 unpatented lode claims for 8.74 km2, consisting of two claim blocks, North Star and South Star Prospects.
