Evergold Minerals Limited, formerly Evergreen Lithium Ltd, is engaged in exploring and developing mineral deposits in Australia. Its projects include Bynoe Lithium Project, Kenny Lithium Project, and Fortune Lithium Project. The Bynoe Lithium Project covers an area of approximately 231 square kilometers (km2). The Bynoe Lithium Project is located in the Northern Territory and is located 13 kilometers (km) from Darwin, 80km by sealed road from Darwin Port, within 10km of rail. The Kenny Lithium Project is 210 km2 and is located 15km to the east of Liontown Resources Buldania Lithium Project and 35km to the south of the Alita/Bald Hill Mine. The Fortune Lithium Project (EL31828) is 784.7km2 and is located 145km northeast of Alice Springs, in the Arunta region of the Northern Territory. It also owns the Leonora Goldfields Project, which is located in Western Australia. The Company also holds the rights of Queens Gold Project and Mt Monger Gold Project in the Western Australia.
