Equatorial Resources Limited is an Australia-based company primarily focusing on Africa. The Company is advancing its mineral assets, including the notable Nimba Alliance Iron Ore Project. Its projects also include Badondo Iron Project (Badondo) and Mayoko-Moussondji Iron Project. The Nimba Project covers a large landholding in Guinea's prolific Nimba Iron Ore Corridor and comprises majority ownership of two permits: 100% of the Nimba West permit covering approximately 198 square kilometers (km2), and 56% of the Nimba North permit covering around 107 km2. Badondo is a potentially large-scale iron project in the northwest of the Republic of Congo, situated within a cluster of world-class iron ore exploration projects. It has retained a 2% royalty on production from the Mayoko-Moussondji Iron Project.
