The Fund is a real estate investor, developer, and manager with investments predominately in Brisbane. The Fund invests, owns, manages, and develops industrial real estate. The Fund’s segments include Direct property investment, Debt investment and Funds management. Direct property investment segment invests in Australian industrial property. Debt investment segment invests in mortgages and loans into residential real estate. Funds management segment establishes and manages investment funds for external investors. The Fund’s portfolio consists of 38-56 Peterkin Street; 1-9 Kellar Street; 70-82 Main Beach Road; 41 Bivouac Place; 69 Peterkin Street; Pinnacle West, 498 Progress Road; 67 Noosa Street; 326 & 340 Thynne Road; and 56-72 Bandara Street.
