International Graphite Limited is an Australia-based company. The principal activities of the Company are the development of a Western Australian vertically integrated mine-to-market graphite business focusing on the exploration and development of the Springdale Graphite Project in Hopetoun, Western Australia. It is also focused on the development of commercial downstream processing facilities in Collie, Western Australia, to produce industrial and battery products, including battery anode materials for the global lithium-ion battery industry. Its Springdale project comprises two exploration licenses and a prospecting license covering approximately 180 square kilometers in the Shire of Ravensthorpe, on the southern coast of Western Australia. The Springdale Graphite project is located around 25 kilometers (km) east of Hopetoun and 150 km from the export port of Esperance.
