Jindalee Lithium Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is focused on lithium exploration and development. The Company’s projects include McDermitt Lithium, Sherlock and Clayton North. The Company’s flagship project is the McDermitt Lithium Project in south-east Oregon, United States. The McDermitt Lithium Project is 100% owned and located approximately 35 kilometers (km) west of the town of McDermitt, straddling the Oregon and Nevada border. The McDermitt Lithium Project is a sediment-hosted lithium deposit. The Clayton North project is located approximately 23km north of the only producing lithium operation in the United States at Silver Peak. The project is ideally located in close proximity to the only lithium producing operation in the United States of America. The Sherlock Project comprises one Exploration License (E47/4345) centered approximately 75km east of Karratha in Western Australia.
