KALiNA Power Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in delivering cost-effective power projects that incorporate technologies that generate constant baseload electricity with a low carbon footprint. Its 100% owned Canadian subsidiary, KALiNA Distributed Power (KDP) is developing a portfolio of multiple, 170 megawatts of natural gas-fired combined cycle power plants incorporating Carbon Capture and Sequestration (Power-CCS) in Alberta, Canada. The Sites are strategically located near ample interconnection infrastructure, including proposed carbon-di-oxide geological sequestration hubs, electrical grid connections, natural gas (NG) pipelines, and transportation infrastructure. Its KALiNA Cycle technology offers significant enhancements for power cycle applications involving geothermal as well as industrial waste heat to power (WHP). The KALiNA Cycle generates zero-emissions power from heat produced by energy-intensive industrial processes and geothermal resources.
