Lodestar Minerals Limited is an Australia-based active critical metals, gold and base metal's explorer. The Company’s projects include the Virgin Mountain rare earths (REE) project in the United States, Three Saints Copper & Gold projects in Chile, and the 100% owned Earaheedy and Ned’s Creek Gold projects in Western Australia. The Three Saints Project in Chile lies adjacent to the Darwin Project, within the IOCG (iron oxide, copper, gold) Belts. The Virgin Mountain REE Project is situated on the border of Nevada and Arizona. The Neds Creek is a 100% owned gold project located in the northern Yilgarn region of Western Australia. The Earaheedy Project is defined by an approximately 450 square kilometer (km2) land package in the Earaheedy Basin. Los Loros project is located in the Coastal Cordillera of north-central Chile, around 20 kilometers NE from the city of La Serena at approximately 500m elevation.
