Megado Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mining exploration company focused on critical minerals and gold in the European Union (EU) and Canada. The Company's projects include North Fork Rare Earth Project, Cyclone Lithium Project, Iberian Copper Project, and K Lithium Project. The North Fork Rare Earth Project is located approximately 40 kilometers (kms) north-west of Salmon in the Salmon-Challis National Forest, Lemhi County, Idaho. The project includes approximately 499 unpatented mining lode claims covering approximately 10,309 acres (42 square kilometers (km2)). The Cyclone Lithium Project covers an area of around 130 km2 and includes approximately 304 claims. The project is located in Quebec's James Bay region and centered on the Aquilon Greenstone Belt. The K Lithium Project covers an area of 16 km2 and is considered prospective for lithium, caesium, tantalum, and rubidium. The Iberian Copper Project is located in Northern Spain in the provinces of Navarra and Aragon.
