Parabellum Resources Limited is a mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource projects in Australia. The Company holds a 100% interest in four projects situated in a highly prospective region in New South Wales, Australia. It owns tenure in New South Wales across four projects: the Lunns Dam, Redlands-Whitbarrow and Recovery Projects in the Tottenham-Girilambone district of central-west New South Wales, which comprises four granted exploration licenses covering approximately 690 square kilometers (km2); and the Obley Project in the Yeoval district of central New South Wales, which comprises one granted exploration license covering over 180 km2. The Lunns Dam license (EL 8847) is situated over 10 kilometers (km) north-west of the village of Tottenham. The Redlands license (EL 9188) and Whitbarrow license (EL 8852) are situated over 25 km west of the town of Nyngan in the central west of New South Wales.
