Perpetual Resources Limited is engaged in the exploration and development of critical minerals. It is active in exploring for lithium and other critical minerals in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Its projects include Igrejinha, Renaldinho, and Matrix; Isabella Lithium; Itinga Lithium; Bontempi Lithium; Ponte Nova Lithium; Padre Paraiso Lithium, and Beharra Silica Sands. The Igrejinha, Renaldinho, and Matrix projects cover 25.6 km2 close to Tier-1 producers, such as Sigma Lithium and Lithium Ionic. The Isabella Project and Itinga prospect areas are located in the Aracuai Pegmatite District, within the Eastern Brazilian Pegmatite Province (EBPP). The Bontempi Project is located 400 m North of Itinga Licenses. The Padre Paraiso tenements are situated within the EBPP, closely associated with the Neoproterozoic Aracuai orogeny. The Beharra Project, is located 300 km north of Perth and 96km south of the port town of Geraldton in Western Australia, covering an area of about 49 km2.
