PLC Resources Limited, formerly Premier1 Lithium Limited, is a Western Australian mineral exploration company dedicated to discovering and advancing high-value gold and copper assets. The Company's two flagship projects include the Yalgoo Gold Project, covering over 220 square kilometers (km2) in the highly prospective Yalgoo-Singleton Greenstone Belt, a district hosting copper gold mines, including Golden Grove and Deflector, and the Abbotts North Gold Project in the Murchison region of Western Australia, approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Meekatharra. The Yalgoo Gold Project is strategically positioned between Ramelius Resources (Musgrave Project) to the north and Capricorn Metals (Mt Gibson Gold Project) to the south. The Project hosts multiple drill-ready prospects within a 5 km2 mineralized hub centered on the Wadgingarra deposit. The Abbotts North Gold Project falls within the Abbotts Greenstone Belt in the northern Murchison Domain of the Yilgarn Craton.
