QX Resources Limited is focused on the exploration and development of battery minerals, with hard rock lithium assets in Western Australia, lithium brine project in the United States of America, copper/moly/gold assets in Queensland and an investment in nickel sulfides in Sweden. The Liberty Lithium Brine Project located in SaltFire Flat, California, is made up of approximately 1,265 contiguous claims over 102 square kilometers (km2) (25,300 acres). The Company owns 100% owned hard-rock lithium projects, covering 355 km2, strategically centered around Western Australia’s prolific Pilbara province, hosting some of Australia’s lithium deposits. Its portfolio consists of Turner River (E45/6042 and E45/6065), Western Shaw (E45/4960 and E45/6107), Split Rock (E46/1367) and Yule River (E45/6159). Its gold portfolio consists of two Central Queensland gold projects, Lucky Break and Belyando, through an earn-in agreement. Both gold projects are located within the Drummond Basin.
