Rincon Resources Limited is an Australia-based company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of resource projects in Western Australia. It has 100% interest in three exploration assets that are prospective for copper, gold, REEs, and other critical metals. The West Arunta Project consists of a single granted exploration license and three exploration license applications, encompassing over 200 square kilometers (km2) of the highly prospective Central Australian Suture (CAS) zone in the West Arunta Province of Western Australia. Its South Telfer Project consists of six exploration licenses and two prospecting licenses covering over 540 km2 and over 40 km strike of prospective geology known to host gold and copper mineralization. Its Laverton Gold Project consists of two granted exploration licenses and three exploration license applications covering approximately 41 km2 of prospective Banded Iron Formation stratigraphy, within the Mt Margaret-Murrin Greenstone belt.
