Recharge Metals Limited is an exploration company. The Company's projects include Carter Uranium Project, Newnham Lake Uranium Project, Express Lithium Project, and Brandy Hill South Project. The Carter Uranium Project is located in southeast Montana, close to the Wyoming border. The Carter Uranium Project hosts a significant amount of uranium mineralization with the deposits extending over a strike extent of approximately 11 kilometers (km). The Newnham Lake Uranium Project comprises a single mineral disposition covering an area of 15.84 square kilometers (km2) proximal to the north-eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada. The Express Lithium Project comprises 139 mineral claims over two contiguous claim blocks, covering a significant 74 km2 project area. The Brandy Hill South Project lies 60 km southeast of Yalgoo in Murchison. It also owns Sunset Well Project located 10 km east of Leonora and within 100km of seven operating gold processing plants.
