Resources & Energy Group Limited is an Australia-based mineral resources explorer, developer and producer, holding mining leases in Western Australia. The Company is focused on the development of the flagship East Menzies Gold Project (EMP). The Company’s EMP is situated approximately 130 kilometers (km) north of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. The East Menzies Gold Project represents a 112 km2 package of contiguous mining, exploration, and prospecting licenses in the East Menzies Goldfield. The East Menzies Gold Project is located within the Wiluna-Norseman Greenstone Belt-a significant orogenic lode gold province. The EMP encompasses seven operational areas, including the Gigante Grande Gold prospect on the east side project area, which has been subdivided into three geographical domains (North, Central and South). In the southwest, drilling investigations at Springfield have intersected magmatic Ni sulfides.
