Riedel Resources Ltd

Riedel Resources Limited is an Australia-based multi-project mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on advancing the high-grade Kingman Gold Project in Arizona, the United States of America. The Kingman Gold Project is located in north-west Arizona, approximately 90 minutes' drive from downtown Las Vegas and within approximately 5 kilometers (km) of a major highway. The Company also has an interest in the Marymia East gold and base metals project in Western Australia, which is a joint venture with Norwest Minerals Limited and the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Audax Minerals Pty Ltd. The project is located over 200 km north of Meekatharra in Western Australia and comprises two granted exploration tenements (E52/2394 and E52/2395) covering a total area of 240 square kilometers. It also owns interest in the belt-scale Cosmo and Mt Venn gold exploration projects in the prolific Laverton Gold District of Western Australia.
