Sabre Resources Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of a portfolio of nickel sulfide, lithium and gold assets in Western Australia (WA), and uranium-vanadium prospects in the Northern Territory. Its projects include Ngalia Uranium Project, Sherlock Bay Project, and Cave Hill Project. The Ngalia Uranium Project comprises two exploration licenses, Dingo Project EL32829 and Lake Lewis Project EL32864. It is located within the Ngalia Basin in the southwestern Northern Territory (NT). The Sherlock Bay project is located 50 kilometers (km) east of Roebourne in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. The Cave Hill project includes Nepean South Nickel Project, WA and the Nepean South and Cave Hill Lithium Project. The Company has an 80% interest in the Nepean South tenement, E15/1702, which covers a greater than 10 km strike-length corridor of ultramafic rocks south of the historical Nepean Nickel Mine near Coolgardie in WA.
