TMK Energy Limited is an Australia-based gas exploration company. The Company is focused on the development of Mongolia's natural gas resource. The Company's Gurvantes XXXV Project is an exploration project for coal seam gas (CSG), covering approximately 8,400 square kilometers (km2) of the South Gobi basin of Mongolia. The Gurvantes XXXV Project has approximately seven active coal mining operations, twenty-six coal mining leases and numerous coal exploration licenses. The Gurvantes XXXV Project's production wells include Lucky Fox-1, Lucky Fox-2, Lucky Fox-3, Lucky Fox-4, Lucky Fox-5, Lucky Fox-6 and Lucky Fox-7. The Gurvantes XXXV Project is strategically located less than 20 kilometers from the Chinese border and close to existing gas infrastructure in northern China.
