Yari Resources Limited, formerly Yari Minerals Limited, is an Australia-based resources company focused on coal assets in Australia. The Company is the 100% owner of the Rolleston South Coal Project, located 20 kilometers (km) south of Rolleston, Queensland. The Rolleston South Coal Project, encompassing two granted Exploration Permits for Coal (EPCs), is a prospective asset located in the Bowen Basin. The Company has identified the raw coal as high-grade, capable of producing exceptional washed semi-soft coking and thermal coal products. The Company owns 100% of the five exploration licenses in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. These five exploration licenses cover approximately 1,000 square kilometers and are prospective for lithium and tantalum. Its lithium projects include South Wodgina and Marble Bar. It has an interest in Plomosas Project through a 12% net profit interest royalty. It owns 100% of three exploration licenses in the Marble Bar region prospective for lithium.
